Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

The Consumer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer, unless the Seller decides otherwise.

The goods should be returned in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products made to the Consumer’s individual order or personalized,
• sealed products which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been unsealed,
• products which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
  

Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable laws.

Complaints may be submitted electronically, describing the defect of the product and the expected method of resolution.

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.
