RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. General Information

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the online store Miyaōri, available at:

This policy applies to Consumers and Consumers with consumer rights under EU law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:

  • you acquire physical possession of the goods, or

  • a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you:

  • the price of the goods, and

  • the cost of delivery up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery option offered.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or

  • you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

Returned goods must be sent no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Products Excluded from Returns

At this time, no products sold by Miyaōri are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

All products are physical goods and are not personalized or made to individual specifications.

6. Damaged or Defective Products (Complaints)

We are obliged to deliver goods that are in conformity with the contract.

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • not in conformity with the contract,

please contact us at contact@miyaori.com and include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos if possible.

We will review your complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt.

If returning the product is necessary to process the complaint, we will inform you of the return procedure.

7. Refund Timing

Once a refund is approved:

  • it will be processed within 14 days,

  • depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
