2. Shipping Destinations
At this time, Miyaōri ships exclusively within Poland.
International shipping is not available.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the following delivery methods:

InPost Courier
The available shipping methods may vary depending on the delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
The standard shipping cost is:

PLN 19 per Inpost Courier

PLN 24,93 per DHL Courier

PLN 24,59 per DPD Courier
The final shipping cost is clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after:

payment confirmation for electronic payments, or
-
payment being credited to our bank account for traditional bank transfers.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays in Poland.
6. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the carrier’s schedule.
Delivery times provided by carriers are indicative only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
7. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
Miyaōri is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

weather conditions,

strikes,

force majeure events,

incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order.
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

an incorrect address,

failure to collect the parcel,

refusal of delivery without legal grounds,
any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

refusing the delivery, or

reporting the damage to the carrier immediately and preparing a damage report, where possible.
